Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFAP157 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CFAP157 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CFAP157 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFAP157 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where CFAP157 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
