CFAP157

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP157 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP157-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX16, SLC6A7, and TMX4. Each is linked with CFAP157 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP157-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP157 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP157 versus SNX16 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP157→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP157) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
