Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP157 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,293 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP157-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA export from nucleus, Nuclear export, and CTP salvage. Each is linked with CFAP157 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP157-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP157 results are reported.
