CETN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CETN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,006 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CETN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT74, IFT88, and OCRL. Each is linked with CETN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CETN2-to-partner and partner-to-CETN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CETN2 versus IFT74 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CETN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CETN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
