Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CETN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,876 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CETN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB6, RSPH14, and RIBC1. Each is linked with CETN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CETN2-to-partner and partner-to-CETN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CETN2 versus EFCAB6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CETN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CETN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
