CETN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CETN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,746 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CETN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ2, RPL7AP61, and CCL18. Each is linked with CETN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CETN1-to-partner and partner-to-CETN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ2 grouped by CETN1-low versus CETN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CETN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CETN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
