CES1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CES1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA4P2, C14orf180, and GUSBP15. Each is linked with CES1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CES1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
