CERT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,968 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP44, RNA5SP138, and H2BP8. Each is linked with CERT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERT1-to-partner and partner-to-CERT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP44 grouped by CERT1-low versus CERT1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
