CERT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP7-1, DMRTC2, and DYNAP. Each is linked with CERT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERT1-to-partner and partner-to-CERT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP7-1 grouped by CERT1-low versus CERT1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
