CERS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,426 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLE3_S203, PKP4, and MAP1B_S614. Each is linked with CERS6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS6-to-partner and partner-to-CERS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERS6 versus TLE3_S203 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
