Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, CHCHD4, and CLEC3B. Each is linked with CERS6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS6-to-partner and partner-to-CERS6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by CERS6-low versus CERS6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
