Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFR2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CERS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS6-to-partner and partner-to-CERS6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VEGFR2 grouped by CERS6-low versus CERS6-high in UCEC.
