CERS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3G, IFNL3, and KRTAP4-1. Each is linked with CERS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS6-to-partner and partner-to-CERS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3G grouped by CERS6-low versus CERS6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
