CERS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERS5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,929 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP34, SMARCA4, and NRG1. Each is linked with CERS5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS5-to-partner and partner-to-CERS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP34 grouped by CERS5-low versus CERS5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
