CERS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,356 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FRMD6_S544, RAP2B, and SEMA4B. Each is linked with CERS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS3-to-partner and partner-to-CERS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERS3 versus FRMD6_S544 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
