Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,726 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, MICALL1, and BDKRB1. Each is linked with CERS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS3-to-partner and partner-to-CERS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERS3 versus YPEL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
