Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P20, IGHD5-12, and TRAJ54. Each is linked with CERS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS3-to-partner and partner-to-CERS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P20 grouped by CERS3-low versus CERS3-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
