Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, XBP1, and MYH11. Each is linked with CERS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS3-to-partner and partner-to-CERS3 results are reported.
