Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,275 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, miRNA metabolic process, and Regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with CERS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS3-to-partner and partner-to-CERS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by CERS3-low versus CERS3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
