CERS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDRD15, SLC5A8, and DPPA3. Each is linked with CERS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS3-to-partner and partner-to-CERS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDRD15 grouped by CERS3-low versus CERS3-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
