Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CERS3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CERS3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CERS3-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CERS3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, READ, and DLBC are the cancer types where CERS3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
