Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,632 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP2, AGBL2, and KCNA2. Each is linked with CERS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS1-to-partner and partner-to-CERS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
