Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,380 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, GPR143, and SGTA. Each is linked with CERS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERS1-to-partner and partner-to-CERS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
