CEROX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEROX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,915 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEROX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, SEPTIN4, and SEPTIN4_S107. Each is linked with CEROX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEROX1-to-partner and partner-to-CEROX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEROX1 versus TMOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEROX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEROX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
