Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and Notch1. Each is linked with CERK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERK-to-partner and partner-to-CERK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CERK-low versus CERK-high in UCEC.
