CERK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CERK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2A, KRTAP12-1, and KRTAP10-5. Each is linked with CERK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERK-to-partner and partner-to-CERK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2A grouped by CERK-low versus CERK-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
