CERCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,672 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CERCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP1, CAVIN1, and MAN1B1. Each is linked with CERCAM in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERCAM-to-partner and partner-to-CERCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERCAM versus BMP1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
