CER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,317 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FREM1, SYNPR, and SHISA6. Each is linked with CER1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CER1-to-partner and partner-to-CER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CER1 versus FREM1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
