CEP97

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP97 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,233 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP97-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC6_T195, RBBP5_S497, and RFC1_T506. Each is linked with CEP97 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP97-to-partner and partner-to-CEP97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP97 versus ORC6_T195 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP97→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
