CEP95

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP95 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 515 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP95-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPN1L, OR13C5, and R3HDML. Each is linked with CEP95 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP95-to-partner and partner-to-CEP95 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPN1L grouped by CEP95-low versus CEP95-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP95→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP95) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
