CEP89

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP89 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP89-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, OR52Q1P, and PABPC1P5. Each is linked with CEP89 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP89-to-partner and partner-to-CEP89 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by CEP89-low versus CEP89-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP89→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP89) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
