CEP89

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP89 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,389 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP89-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1N2, GLP1R, and HTR3B. Each is linked with CEP89 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP89-to-partner and partner-to-CEP89 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1N2 grouped by CEP89-low versus CEP89-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP89→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP89) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
