CEP85L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP85L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,878 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP85L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, CNRIP1, and EPB41L2. Each is linked with CEP85L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP85L-to-partner and partner-to-CEP85L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP85L versus TLN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP85L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP85L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
