Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP85L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,783 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP85L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1F, SLC25A1, and CHADL. Each is linked with CEP85L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP85L-to-partner and partner-to-CEP85L results are reported.
