CEP78

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP78 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP78-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCNN1B, FAXDC2, and IGHD5-24. Each is linked with CEP78 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP78-to-partner and partner-to-CEP78 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCNN1B grouped by CEP78-low versus CEP78-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP78→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
