CEP72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP72-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP519, PINCR, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with CEP72 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP72-to-partner and partner-to-CEP72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP519 grouped by CEP72-low versus CEP72-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP72→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
