CEP70

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,774 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP70-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIK3CB, VEZF1, and FAIM. Each is linked with CEP70 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP70-to-partner and partner-to-CEP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP70 versus PIK3CB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
