Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEP70 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CEP70 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CEP70 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEP70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

LUAD, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CEP70 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
