CEP70

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP70 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT2P1, LINC00862, and PRR29. Each is linked with CEP70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP70-to-partner and partner-to-CEP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP70 versus MT2P1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
