CEP70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP70 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,811 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1302-5, RNA5SP419, and TIAM1. Each is linked with CEP70 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP70-to-partner and partner-to-CEP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1302-5 grouped by CEP70-low versus CEP70-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
