CEP70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP70 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK2801, Quizartinib, and Masitinib. Each is linked with CEP70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP70-to-partner and partner-to-CEP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK2801 grouped by CEP70-low versus CEP70-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
