CEP68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP68-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETDC, GUCA2A, and IAPP. Each is linked with CEP68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP68-to-partner and partner-to-CEP68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETDC grouped by CEP68-low versus CEP68-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
