CEP63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,611 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP63-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, TIMM21, and MIR1273H. Each is linked with CEP63 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP63-to-partner and partner-to-CEP63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by CEP63-low versus CEP63-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP63→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
