CEP44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP44-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, OR1N1, and TBPL2. Each is linked with CEP44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP44-to-partner and partner-to-CEP44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNG grouped by CEP44-low versus CEP44-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP44→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
