CEP41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,911 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO3, COPG2, and RHEB. Each is linked with CEP41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP41-to-partner and partner-to-CEP41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP41 versus TNPO3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP41→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
