Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,850 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP41-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC26, COPG2, and IFT22. Each is linked with CEP41 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP41-to-partner and partner-to-CEP41 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEP41 versus TTC26 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP41→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
