Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,900 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome segregation, Positive regulation of cell cycle, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with CEP41 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP41-to-partner and partner-to-CEP41 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chromosome segregation grouped by CEP41-low versus CEP41-high in PANCREAS.
