CEP170

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEP170 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP170-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHMT1, NBPF1, and ESS2. Each is linked with CEP170 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP170-to-partner and partner-to-CEP170 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EHMT1 grouped by CEP170-low versus CEP170-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP170→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP170) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
