CEP170

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP170 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,543 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP170-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAT1, VWC2L, and PGPEP1L. Each is linked with CEP170 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP170-to-partner and partner-to-CEP170 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAT1 grouped by CEP170-low versus CEP170-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP170→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP170) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
