CEP152

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP152 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP152-associated genes across cancer lineages are RS1, CELA2B, and SPACA1. Each is linked with CEP152 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP152-to-partner and partner-to-CEP152 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RS1 grouped by CEP152-low versus CEP152-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP152→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP152) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
